Yah, today we got our NOC certificates early, this is what they look like:

This is the No Objection Certificate for our Dogs

This is the No Ojection Certificate for our Cat

It says on it we must produce our documents upon arrive, so that is easy.

   Hi,

   My friend will be coming to India in a few more weeks with a dog and, since I am in India, I was wondering whether I could arrange for the NOC certificates for my friend. Does the NOC certificate have any contact phone number on them where I can call?

   Anothing thing which I missed out on – my friend’s dog is a seizure dog and hence falls under the service dogs category. Do you know if any extra documents are needed for such a dog or not?

   The NOC comes from the Quarantine Officer at the airport, I think you might be able to get one yourself, but I doubt it. I think that there is a secret handshake deal with a couple of customs brokers in each city and only these people can help you get it, but it cant hurt to go to the airport find Quarantine and ask them, if you cant get it directly I am sure they will have a friend who can help you.

   Nope still falls under the NOC needs, I think if it was travelling as freight a service dog would get some exemption from import duties….
